Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: With all orders please allow 3-7 business days for processing time before shipping. Our essential oil blends are all made freshly by hand. Shipping speeds at checkout do not account for order processing times. May take longer depending on order volume. We do not operate on holidays.

Processing time means the time from when order is received, to the time when shipping carrier collects the shipment. Shipping time means the time from when the shipping carrier collects the shipment, to when the shipment arrives at your address. 

Issues arising from packages getting lost and/or damaged in transit must be addressed with USPS directly.

 

Return Policy: Returns and exchanges are not currently accepted. If there is any problem with an order (you received an incorrect or defective item), please contact us directly with all the details to resolve. 

 

Address Change / Incorrect Address Policies: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
